Banco per la saldatura
Il banco di formatura e saldatura coni nasce dall’esigenza di fornire un’unica soluzione in grado di formare e saldare i coni per differenti applicazioni, permettendo un grande vantaggio in termini di costi e di rapidità di produzione.
La traslazione verticale permette di lavorare sia tubi sia coni di differenti diametri e grazie al controllo numerico è possibile gestire in automatico la saldatura; mentre la sequenza di allineamento e bloccaggio del pezzo avviene manualmente.

The HI-Tech Hydraulic is a four-roll bending machine that allows in a single step the initial pre-bending, then proceed with the bending and the final pre-bending. The bending is completely hydraulic, so the required maintenance is minimal and the efficiency of the machinery always remains high.
The rolls of the machines are all hardened and ground, Its numerical control configuration allows to produce automatically both circular and polycentric shapes, allowing the management of each passage, of the speed of rotation and curvature of the sheet. The machine allows to keep in memory 100 programs of 30 steps each.
This model lets bend with reduced flat parts even on small diameters. The shoulder opening is fully automated.
