Banco per la saldatura

Il banco di formatura e saldatura coni nasce dall’esigenza di fornire un’unica soluzione in grado di formare e saldare i coni per differenti applicazioni, permettendo un grande vantaggio in termini di costi e di rapidità di produzione.
La traslazione verticale permette di lavorare sia tubi sia coni di differenti diametri e grazie al controllo numerico è possibile gestire in automatico la saldatura; mentre la sequenza di allineamento e bloccaggio del pezzo avviene manualmente.

Movement of blocking clamps through nr.16 hydraulic pistons and vertical torch movement with micrometric cross for its electric alignment. The whole welding station is assembled on two columns for the 2000mm vertical movement.
The operator has a platform at his disposal to reach 3 meter height working position.

The configuration includes a control desk with Siemens Touch Panel, a welding camera system and kit of devices to form the cone 20°, thickness 4mm Stainless Steel.
A welding Generator PLASMA Lincoln is included in the supply.
