Il banco di formatura e saldatura coni nasce dall’esigenza di fornire un’unica soluzione in grado di formare e saldare i coni per differenti applicazioni, permettendo un grande vantaggio in termini di costi e di rapidità di produzione.
La traslazione verticale permette di lavorare sia tubi sia coni di differenti diametri e grazie al controllo numerico è possibile gestire in automatico la saldatura; mentre la sequenza di allineamento e bloccaggio del pezzo avviene manualmente.

The 3 rolls plate bending machine is a type of bending machine and is characterized by a sturdy structure, created with numerical control machines.
It has been conceived with an increased dimensioning of the hydraulic circuit and of the internal components in order to bear heavy uses, to prolong the duration in the time of the machinery and to reduce the maintenance.
All roll are induction hardened and the control table is separate. The push-button controls allow the lateral roll to be moved and rotated, while the roll parallelism is controlled hydraulically.
