Welding table

The cone forming and welding table was created to satisfy the need for a single solution able of forming and welding cones for different applications, allowing a great advantage in terms of costs and speed of production.
The vertical movement allows to work both tubes and cones of different diameters and thanks to the numerical control it is possible to manage the welding automatically, while the alignment and locking sequence of the piece is done manually.
The peculiarity of this welding table is the presence of equipment, consisting of an upper ring and a locking device that allows the forming of the cone, all manageable by a separate command to allow the correct positioning.
Moreover, the opportunity to install a video camera allows the welding process to be controlled by the operator.
