Our 3 roll plate rolls are hydraulic bending machines built on a heavy welded frame, machined on CNC equipment. The hydraulic circuit and internal components are deliberately oversized to withstand heavy-duty use, helping the machines hold tolerance through long production runs while extending machine life and reducing maintenance requirements.
All rolls are induction hardened for increased durability. The separate control desk moves on casters, allowing the operator to stand where the work is and maintain a clear view of the bending process. Push-button controls operate the lateral rolls, roll rotation, and inclination, while roll parallelism is hydraulically controlled.
Our 3 roll plate rolls tilt their lower rolls hydraulically for cone rolling. This configuration is designed for rolling conical shells such as hoppers, tank tops, and transitions. If you need to roll conical shells, provide the large and small diameters and the included angle. We will confirm the appropriate configuration before quoting.

The 3RHT three-roll bending machine is part of the hydraulic bending machines, characterized by a robust structure, machined with numerically controlled machines. The structure and components are designed to withstand heavy use over a long period of time with reduced maintenance.
The variable geometry makes it a very flexible and easy-to-use solution, mainly suitable for the bending of large thicknesses and conical production.
Furthermore, its configuration allows the quick change of the upper roller, allowing its capacities to be further expanded, highlighting its great flexibility.
Its high performance and ease of pre-bending operations allow to obtain flat parts less than 2 times the thickness.

SIHR
The SIHR plate bending machine is a 3-roll bending machine with pre-bending characterized by a robust structure, worked with numerically controlled machines.
All the rolls of the machine are induction hardened and the planetary movement of the bending rolls with reduced interaxis allows to reduce the flat part as much as possible, obtaining an excellent pre-bending.
The control desk is separate and mobile on wheels and allows the operator to better supervise the bending operations. The button controls allow the movement of the lateral rolls, the rotation and their inclination to carry out the conical bending.
The presence of extended shafts makes it versatile in its use, in fact, it offers the possibility of bending the most common profiles by mounting profile bending dies at its ends.
