2 roll plate rolls

The 2 roll plate roll is designed for fully automatic, high-volume production. Initial pre-bending, rolling, and final pre-bending are completed in a single cycle, allowing the machine to produce 4 to 6 parts per minute while maintaining high forming accuracy. It  can also be integrated into automated production lines, making it suitable for applications that require consistent, repeatable production at high cycle rates.

The upper roll is made of steel and can be quickly replaced to match different production requirements. The lower roll is powered and coated with urethane, allowing the machine to process even delicate materials without damaging their surfaces. For applications requiring small diameters, the machine can be configured with dedicated rolls. The Flex Roll provides additional production flexibility, allowing a wide range of diameters to be produced through a quick and simple roll adjustment.

The machine is equipped with a feeding table and alignment square to support accurate sheet positioning and consistent feeding into the rolls.

By combining automatic pre-bending and rolling in a single cycle with interchangeable tooling and automated line integration, the 2 roll plate roll is designed for applications where high production rates, repeatability, and short cycle times are required.
