Plate bending machines for guard rails and corrugated sheets

The plate bending machines for guard rails and corrugated sheets are tailor-made solutions that allow you to bend radiused sheets without deforming them, obtaining impeccable results.
The treatment of the rolls and their shape are specifically designed to comply with the required radiusing requirements of the sheet metal and obtaining optimal, precise and repeatable bending of the piece.
Guardrail
The bending machine designed and built for the bending of road barriers is a hydraulic bending machine, which allows to work all double-wave or three-wave metal profiles, both leg-in and leg-out, within the limits of mechanical deformation of the material.
All operations related to the rotation of the rolls and the ascent/descent of the upper roll are carried out by means of buttons located on a separate and mobile control desk, making it easy for the operator to supervise the bending operations.
The equipment for the different sections always remains assembled and makes the guard rail bending machines simple and always ready for use.
For the bending of double-wave barriers, both leg-in and leg-out, containment rings are applied to the existing equipment with quick installation operations.
Furthermore, the extended shafts are designed to allow the use of profile bending dies that bend C-profiles, used in road safety.

CHO
The CHO bending machine is a fully hydraulic machine, available in the three or four roll version with numerical control, which has special shaped hardened rolls, that allow the corrugated sheets to be rolled, respecting their radii.
The bending can be either with constant radius or variable radius, in the case of four roll bending machines with numerical control, and the configuration can include a sheet metal feeding table, sheet metal supports, automatic ejection and parking of the finished piece; all operations that can be managed by numerical control.
The corrugated sheets thus obtained are used in the most varied creations of roofing on warehouses, cladding, ducts, tunnels and underground passages.
