The machine has an adjustable central feed roller and fixed and idle lower rollers, ensuring excellent stability during processing. The lateral correcting rollers, with axial adjustment, allow for precise and uniform bending.

Double-pre-bending profile bending machine

The double-pre bending profile bending machine is designed to offer maximum flexibility and precision in the processing of profiles, thanks to advanced components and adjustable configurations. Ideal for high-performance operations, they can work on both horizontal and vertical axes, adapting to different production needs.

Advanced structure and adjustable rollers

The machine is equipped with three smooth-backed drive rollers, driven by three hydraulic motors directly fitted onto the rollers, ensuring power and reliability. The two lower rollers can be adjusted independently, allowing precise control during processing. The lateral correcting rollers, which can be operated in three dimensions, allow for the management of complex curvatures and asymmetrical profiles.

Adaptability and intuitive control

The machine has nine universal rollers for bending the most common profiles and a specific roller for straightening angles with internal or external leg curvatures. The double-pre-bending profile bending machine can work in an overturned position, both on a horizontal and vertical axis, and includes a separate, mobile control desk equipped with digital displays, which makes operations ergonomic and simple. Furthermore, it is available in numerical control configurations to further optimize the production process.
