Size and versatility

IMCAR vertical systems can produce tanks with diameters ranging from 1.5 to 20 meters, expandable up to 40 meters. They are able to work with steels with thicknesses of up to 12 mm from coil or 30 mm from sheet metal, offering considerable versatility. The advanced technology allows for coupling shells of different thicknesses without the use of internal rings, ensuring precise production without the so-called “barrel effect”.

Optimization and customization

The vertical design facilitates operations such as bending, cutting, welding and surface cleaning with a minimum number of operators, improving efficiency and safety. The coil replacement is quick and intuitive, reducing downtime.
