Banco per la saldatura
Il banco di formatura e saldatura coni nasce dall’esigenza di fornire un’unica soluzione in grado di formare e saldare i coni per differenti applicazioni, permettendo un grande vantaggio in termini di costi e di rapidità di produzione.
La traslazione verticale permette di lavorare sia tubi sia coni di differenti diametri e grazie al controllo numerico è possibile gestire in automatico la saldatura; mentre la sequenza di allineamento e bloccaggio del pezzo avviene manualmente.

The SIHVR IMCAR’s machine is a complete hydraulic machine, which can work in vertical and horizontal ways; in addition the control desk is provided with wheels, this makes it easier to controlthe machine.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic motor coupled with planetary gearboxes that allows the rotation of the three rolls.
As in other machines, the control desk is separate and equipped with wheels (wireless version on request). Its controls are push buttons and allow the lateral rolls to be moved in parallel and also rotated.
The hydraulic shoulder opening can be operated automatically from the control desk. As for the parallelism of the side rolls, it is made possible by the hydraulic system of the machinery.
