The Full Automatic Half Pipe Forming, Bending and Welding Technology consists of an automated solution for forming, bending and welding stainless steel half pipe profile directly onto the body of the tank, or onto sections of it.
The first section of the system consists of a forming line that shapes the steel profile unrolled by the loading coil into a half pipe profile, with the required size and shape, and at the same time bends it to the diameter of the tank. The profile is then placed and welded directly onto the external surface of the tank (second section of the machine), avoiding the spot welding operation: all while the tank rotates with its horizontal axis in the case of horizontal technology on motorized and idle positioners (third section of the machine), thus ensuring the continuity of the manufacturing process.
