Description
This plate bending machine has been designed for automatic production on fenders, thanks to manual control panel it’s able to make a perfect fitting between straight and radial parts.
The machine’s completely hydraulic, rolls’ useful length of 1000 mm, which can be worked according to the profile to bend. The lateral shoulder opening facilitates the roll’s change in order to be able to bend different kind of profiles.
The movement of top and lateral rolls is on linear guide with a geometry studied to optimize the pinching and bending phase. The machine is also configured with a feeding table with lateral alignment and automatic blocking to allow the correct positioning of the sheet and an output table.
