The three-roll bending machines are hydraulic bending machines, characterized by a robust structure made with numerically controlled machines. All the rolls are induction hardened and the separate and mobile control desk on wheels allows the operator to better supervise the bending operations. The push-button controls allow the movement of the lateral rolls, rotation and their inclination to achieve conical bending, while the parallelism of the rolls is managed hydraulically.

SIHR
The SIHR plate bending machine is a 3-roll bending machine with pre-bending characterized by a robust structure, worked with numerically controlled machines.
All the rolls of the machine are induction hardened and the planetary movement of the bending rolls with reduced interaxis allows to reduce the flat part as much as possible, obtaining an excellent pre-bending.
The control desk is separate and mobile on wheels and allows the operator to better supervise the bending operations. The button controls allow the movement of the lateral rolls, the rotation and their inclination to carry out the conical bending.
The presence of extended shafts makes it versatile in its use, in fact, it offers the possibility of bending the most common profiles by mounting profile bending dies at its ends.
